The 90 day challenge is officially over! I am in a sense relieved, but a little scared, too. I know all too well how easy it is to fall back into poor eating habits. I have learned so much through the past 3 months, though. I know now that I am stronger than I thought I would be. I will post more details about my last 30 days of the challenge at a later time...but for now I wanted to do a quick update just to post my final results. Also, I am humbled my the amount of feedback I have gotten from this challenge. Several people in my "circle" and even some that I don't know well have decided to do the same or similar challenges. I love hearing about their progress and it is wonderful to know that I helped inspire someone to make healthy changes.
So, here it is....my final results for the 90 day challenge are a total weight loss of 33 pounds (total of 83) and a reduction in my body fat of 5.3% (total of 11%). I am very pleased with the results and have no regrets about the challenge. In fact, I think I might make this an annual thing...although my hope is to stick very closely with the new eating habits that I have learned. Here is my latest progress picture.
